We currently export to the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and the UAE. We are familiar with the specific import requirements and customs documentation for these regions.
Sampling usually takes 7–10 days. Bulk production for export typically requires 25–35 days from the date of deposit and sample approval, depending on the complexity of the embroidery.
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the shipment and the delivery method (Sea Freight vs. Air Express). We work with partners like DHL, FedEx, and Maersk to provide you with the most reliable and affordable rates.
Our standard terms are a 50% deposit to initiate production and the remaining 50% balance upon completion, prior to dispatch. We accept Wire Transfers (T/T) and Letters of Credit (L/C).
